Despite neighbours that include deer, woodpeckers and soaring birds of prey, we are far from isolated, situated just a few minutes’ walk down to the thriving village of Olliergues.  The towns of Thiers and Ambert are less than 30 minutes away as is the A89 Lyon/Bordeaux motorway. The international airport at Clermont Ferrand is less than an hour away as is the famous spa city of Vichy.  Lyon is just over 90 minutes away and has a direct Eurostar service to London and other European cities.

We are ideally suited as both a base to explore the wonders of the Auvergne and a relaxing overnight break on the way to or from the Mediterranean
