The produce of the Auvergne is fabulous, world famous cheeses, cured meats, perfect fruits and luscious vegetables. Whether it be a sultry summer evening on the terrace or a snowy night around the kitchen table, our table d’hote is extremely special. Using the freshest local ingredients our dishes are inspired by the seasons, the local market and our own home-grown produce. Sam is an award winning chef and unpasteurised cheese aficionado who is also extremely experienced in catering for different dietary requirements (such as gluten-free, vegan, locavore, lactose intolerant) and special requests.
