A relaxed cancellation policy

 

Cancellation free of charge until the day before your stay. Book direct and enjoy these flexible cancellation conditions until October 31st, 2020. No deposit payments are required.

 

For bookings made via OTAs (Booking, Abnb, etc.), their cancellation policies apply.

 

Adapted services

​

• Breakfast will be served at separate tables in line with social distance recommendations and can be pre-booked at times to avoid meeting other guests.  

• Our Table d’hote is available but by reservation only.  Service will be in accordance with social distance recommendations with tables also available outside on the garden terrace, overlooking the mountains.  

• We are only operating two rooms out of four to avoid meeting other guests.

• You're invited, to come with your own mask for use within public spaces, however, if necessary, we can provide you with a single-use mask.

 

Cleaning and maintaining the rooms

​

• To have time to prepare and clean each room carefully, we leave a 24-hour vacancy between each stay.

• The keys are disinfected before and after each stay.

• The rooms are carefully ventilated for at least 1 hour.

• Common or sensitive" surfaces are cleaned at least twice a day (door handles, switches, remote controls, etc.).

• The bed linen and towels are laundered at the highest temperature with professional detergent.

• We wear gloves during any cleaning action.

• Before and after each cleaning action, we wash our hands.
